Information for Deaf supporters

We are working hard to improve the accessibility of the Swansea.com Stadium for Deaf people and people who are hard of hearing.

HEARING LOOPS

We have permanent hearing loop facilities available at the main supporter service points throughout the stadium including: 

  • Main Reception
  • The Club Shop
  • Ticket office

BSL

Swansea City is delighted to be introducing British Sign Language as part of the matchday for the 2024-25 season.

Our pitch side PA announcer will be joined by our BSL interpreter to help make the matchday as accessible as possible.

BSL on big screen

Our BSL interpreter will also be available for supporters who have any questions on matchday. If you require an interpreter, please make youself known to the nearest steward.
