BUYING TICKETS
We recommend purchasing tickets online in advance HERE.
You can also buy tickets in-person at the stadium ticket office or over the phone during opening hours.
Normal opening hours:
Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
Matchday ticket office opening hours are:
Matchday: 9am-half-time
Opening times around Bank Holidays and holidays such as Christmas, New Year or Easter may vary. Any variations to the opening times will be communicated in the news section of the website.

On matchday, tickets can be purchased at the ticket office.
Any ticket issues can be resolved at the ticket office on matchday. Supporters who require a wheelchair bay, accessible seating or who need any other support can click HERE for more information.

CLUB SHOP
Our club shop is located in the West Stand. Before heading through the turnstiles, why not take a look around to view the latest Swansea City goodies and merchandise?
ENTERING THE GROUND
Turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off. When you’re ready to enter the stadium, please have your ticket ready to be scanned.
You should enter the stadium via the turnstile shown on your ticket.
Please arrive early so you don’t miss a minute of the action. Each set of turnstiles has an accessible entrance. If you require the use of this entrance, please speak to a steward.
FAMILY STAND
The Westacres south stand is home to our family zone, thanks to Superbowl UK.
The popular batak machine remains in place, while young supporters will also be able to take part in the Swansea City AFC Foundation activities including the penalty shootout competition.
Heaven Sent Parties will be hosting a kids disco and DJ set every Saturday matchday with all your favourite pre-match music and Swansea favourites.
Self-order units are in place within the stand, with fans now able to place their orders in preparation for half-time. Supporters can choose from a wide variety of food, including the Junior Jack meal deal.
Cyril and Cybil will even pop by to have a dance thirty minutes before kick off.
There will also be games and activities to keep young fans of all ages entertained all the way until kick-off.
Please note: Family activities will be moved from the south stand to the fan park when it is in operation.
FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS
Supporters are able to purchase food and refreshments in the concourses with a range of drinks, snacks, and meal options to enjoy.
Self-order units (SOUs) will be stationed in the South and West Stands of the Swansea.com Stadium, with supporters now able to place their order ready for half-time.
We also have a Welsh range of produce, for the true Swansea experience.
BABIES AND TODDLERS
Baby changing facilities are located on all concourses. If you cannot locate them, please contact a steward who will be able to assist.
Junior Fans in the South Stand, can take advantage of the family area which has activites for fans of all ages.
CYRIL AND CYBIL
Meet our mascots Cyril and Cybil. They can be seen around the stadium on matchday supporting the Swans, and in the family stand at approximately 2.30pm.
If you see them, make sure you come and say hello.
CASHLESS STADIUM
The Swansea.com Stadium is a cashless venue with card accepted throughout the ground. This leads to shorter queuing times with a fast, friendly service at all kiosks.
However, if you need a cash point, the nearest one is located at the Morfa Retail Park which is a five minute walk from the stadium. Cash points are located in front of Argos, and inside Morrisons.
