PERSONAL ASSISTANTS/ CARER TICKETS
We offer a complimentary personal assistant ticket for supporters who require one and meet the club's criteria of eligibility.
The first time that wheelchair or ambulant tickets are purchased, we require one of the following documents to be provided to the ticket office to prove your eligibility in accordance with the club's criteria:
- DLA (Higher rate care component and Higher rate mobility component)
- PIP (Enhanced rate)
- Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
- Attendance Allowance (AA)
For supporters with more profound and complex disabilities, additional carer tickets are available upon request at the time of purchase.
If you provide the above and it is accepted by the club, you will be able to bring a personal assistant/ carer to attend matches. We will client type your supporter account so that you can purchase future tickets online, and your personal assistant seat will show on this platform.
DISABLED FANS AWAY TICKET POLICY
For away matches, supporters with ambulant and wheelchair accessibility requirements are asked to apply within the club's online ballot system.
The decision to operate a ballot system for away tickets is largely due to the variation in allocations Swansea City receive from away clubs and, following consultation with our Disabled Supporters Association (DSA), we believe this is the fairest opportunity for wheelchair users to attend away matches.
How to use the ballot system:
- You must be logged in to the account with which the permissions are set.
- You click on the 'Tickets' tab next to the match which you wish to attend.
- On the right-hand side, you should see a 'Disabled Ticket' tab which you select.
- You will then be offered the chance to select your appropriate age category.
- You can then proceed to check out, selecting the option to print at home where available, should you choose.
Click here to visit the ballot page.
If you apply for the ballot and receive a message claiming you are ineligible, please contact the ticket office to ensure your account has the correct permissions.
For any assistance and guidance please call the ticket office on 01792 616 400 (Option 1)
WHERE IN THE GROUND SHOULD I SIT?
Each of our stands has excellent accessibility facilities giving you the choice to sit wherever you choose.
What are our stands like?
West Stand: If you wish to be in a quieter environment with a larger concourse area, we would recommend you purchase in the West Stand.
East Stand: The East Stand houses the loudest members of the Jack Army (Swansea City's supporters), with the singing section complete with drummer, based in the north-east corner. If you want to join in with the singing, sit here.
South Stand: The South Stand is our family stand with activities for young fans available to enjoy in the concourses. Our younger fans and their families tend to sit here.
North Stand: This is reserved for away supporters.
