Swansea City can confirm changes to our match ticket policy for student concessions valid from the 2024-25 Sky Bet Championship season.

With match ticket pricing announced for all league fixtures earlier this week, the club have also been looking at ways to enhance the student experience and will now require students to register in advance of the new season to be entitled to student tickets and offers.

The student price class will only appear online to valid registrations and anyone wishing to claim student tickets ahead of the new season are advised to fill in the below form to register.

The club will accept/consider the following as valid ID for the relevant season: 

• A university/ college provided student ID card with a valid expiry date.
• A screenshot of the student portal showing the end date of the course
• An official letter provided by the university stating the end date of the course (e.g. an enrolment letter.
• A conditional offer for the  academic year relevant to the season, pending grade results

Please note that we only accept full time courses to qualify for the student concession rate. Only full-time educational courses apply and apprenticeships courses do not apply. Please note that NUS, Totum cards and Unidays accounts are not considered valid forms of ID.

Any supporter who is struggling to submit the ID or requires further guidance can also email this, along with their name and Swans Club account number to the ticket office by emailing ticketing@swanseacity.com.

With memberships and match tickets set to go on sale shortly, supporters are strongly advised to register ahead of the new season to secure tickets.
