Swansea City can confirm changes to our match ticket policy for Armed Forces concessions from the commencement of the 2024-25 season.

With match ticket pricing announced for all league fixtures in July, the club have also been looking at ways to ensure supporters wishing to purchase concession tickets for our armed forces or student price classes are eligible, and supporters who are not entitled to claim these tickets are paying their relevant age category ticket.

Similar to our changes to the student concession tickets, going forward the armed forces price class will only appear online to valid registrations and anyone wishing to claim armed forces tickets ahead of the new season are advised to fill in the below form to register.

If you have previously sent ID to the ticket office directly, we would still advise that you register on the below form to ensure your account receives the correct privileges to buy as soon as possible.

The club will accept the following as valid ID: 

• A Current Armed Forces ID card.
• A valid Veteran ID card.

 Please note that this price class is only for current or ex serving members of the armed forces and blue light services are not eligible for this discounted price class.

Any supporter who is struggling to submit the ID or requires further guidance can also email this, along with their name and Swans Club account number to the ticket office by emailing ticketing@swanseacity.com.

With memberships and match tickets now on sale, supporters are strongly advised to register ahead of the 2024-25 season to secure tickets.
