Renewals
The easiest way to renew your season ticket is online. Follow the below instructions to renew your season ticket.
Please ensure you are logged in to your Swans Club account by clicking below.
Log into your Swans Club Account
Once you are logged in, head to your personal season ticket account page, which can be found here. From there, you'll be able to click renew, which will take you onto the e-ticketing website. Then, you will notice a red dot in the top right of the screen, under the profile header.
Please click here to view your notifications, and find your seats available to renew. You will only see your own seat, unless you have linked your account to your friends and family using our network, have requested to manage tickets on their behalf, and they have approved this request on their account.
Once this has been approved, their seats will also show as available to renew, and you can simply proceed to the checkout and select to pay via card or payment plan.

South Stand
Supporters in the South Stand wishing to take advantage of the family offer are advised to contact the ticket office either by email or over the phone to get their price class changed to the 'Family Adult' category.
Due to the changes to price categories for concessions, all adult season tickets in the South Stand are set to the full adult price class by default however this can be changed upon request if you wish to take advantage of this saving.
Season ticket holders with reservations in other stands who wish to move to the South to take advantage of the offer can do so, by following the steps below.
New Purchases
Supporters wishing to purchase a new season ticket online must follow the above steps to ensure they have logged in to their Swans Club account before heading to the ticketing website.
From there, simply click ‘Season Tickets’ in the banner and select the upcoming season to load up a seating plan for all available non-reserved seats. If you wish to purchase season tickets for friends or family, please ensure you have added the other supporters to your network, and you have set your self to manage tickets on their behalf. Please see the below guides for more information.
Supporters wishing to take advantage of the new and improved family offer must follow the above steps and make sure they have logged in to their Swans Club account and are also set to manage tickets on behalf of the U14.
Simply select two seats in the South Stand, one with the Family Adult price class and another with the Under 14 price class. In the basket before checkout, please ensure you have assigned the U14 ticket to a child who is 13 on or before the 1st August 2025 to be eligible for the discount.

Supporters are also welcome to call our Ticket Office to purchase by calling 01792 616400 and selecting option 1. The phone lines are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Please note that during this period we may be experiencing a high amount of calls, so your patience is appreciated.

SEASON TICKET CARDS
Supporters who are renewing and who are not moving seats will be able to continue using their existing season ticket card. Supporters will ONLY be issued a new season ticket card ahead of the 2025-26 season, if they have either changed price class OR have relocated seats.
All supporters will also be able to access a digital ticket in their Swans App. However, this will not show in the app until a couple of weeks before the 2025-26 season starts.
Supporters are advised that all concessions must submit ID verifying their date of birth, before the season card will be issued or reactivated in the summer. Please note that failure to provide ID for the concession will lead to the account being placed on hold.
Please note that supporters will be updated with more information regarding their season ticket cards via the main club channels, including website and social media closer to the time.
