Danielle Broadhurst joined Swansea City on a semi-professional contract having left Barry Town United Women at the conclusion of the 2023-24 season.

Broadhurst joined Barry in January 2024 after 11 years with Cardiff City Women, having helped the Bluebirds to two league titles and four Welsh Women’s Cups.

Her highest scoring season came in her final full campaign with Cardiff City, netting nine goals and providing three assists en route to the Genero Adran Premier title.

An attacking midfielder, Broadhurst would instantly make her mark for the Swans as she found the back of the net on her debut, helping her new side to a 2-1 win over Cardiff Met Women.
