Sophie Brisland-Hancocks first joined Swansea City in 2013, with the 16-year-old midfielder quickly becoming a regular within the squad.
Brisland-Hancocks would spend seven years with the Swans in her first spell with the squad, helping the side to the 2016-17 Genero Adran Premier title before her departure.
The midfielder joined league rival Cardiff Met, helping the side to claim two Genero Adran Trophies in her four seasons with the club, before returning back to Swansea for the 2023-24 campaign.
Brisland-Hancocks would go on to be the only player to feature in every game for the Swans that season, having reached over 150 games for the club in total.
