Maliq Cadogan joined Swansea City's academy in the summer of 2023. 

Midfielder Cadogan, who was a free agent, signed a two-year deal through to June 2025 and will link up with Anthony Wright's under-21 squad.

The 18-year-old had been at Crystal Palace from under-14 level, and has since made appearances in the EFL Trophy and the Premier League Cup.

He was part of the Eagles' under-15 EFL Floodlit Cup winning side in 2019, as well as the under-18s' Premier League South title winning campaign during the 2020-21 season.

A versatile and creative attacker, Cadogan is capable of operating on both wings as well as in central midfield.
