Vote for September Goal of the Month
There were some excellent goals scored by players in Swansea City colours during September, and by voting for the best of them you can win yourself a signed Swans shirt.
Steve Cooper’s men remain in the automatic promotion places following their impressive start to the campaign, while the Swansea City Ladies and unde-23 teams have also racked up some fine results over the past month.
We have selected four Goal of the Month finalists from a busy September, and it’s now up to you to pick the winner.
First up, we have Sam Surridge’s finish of a wonderful flowing move in the Carabao Cup clash at Watford.
Next up is Borja Baston’s header against Reading, as the Spaniard got back on the scoresheet with a little help from a wonderful Andre Ayew cross.
Option three is Hosford’s stunning strike into the top corner as Ian Owen’s side saw off Aberystwyth to continue their winning start to the season.
And, last but not least, is Liam Cullen’s stunning free-kick as Swansea’s under-23s hammered Porto B 5-1 to claim a notable Premier League International Cup scalp.
Here’s a reminder of those options again:
1. Sam Surridge against Watford.
2. Borja Baston against Reading.
3. Katy Hosford against Aberystwyth.
4. Liam Cullen against Porto B.
