Tickets on sale for South Wales derby
Tickets for Swansea City's home fixture against Cardiff City are now on sale to Jack Army Members who are not season ticket holders.
The Swans host The Bluebirds in the south Wales derby on Saturday, March 16 with kick-off at 12:30pm, and will be looking for a repeat of last season’s home victory when they ran out 2-0 winners at the Swansea.com Stadium.
In line with the club's new dynamic pricing system, this fixture has been designated as a Category A fixture.
ORDER OF SALE

Jack Army members will be awarded one point for this fixture. Please note that loyalty points will only be awarded after the fixture has been played.
Please note any under-14 tickets must be sold with an accompanying adult.
Supporters should note there is a £2.50 booking fee per ticket for all telephone sales and over-the-counter transactions. However, tickets can be booked online with no booking fees applied, and tickets will be sent digitally.
The club therefore encourages supporters to purchase online, with all tickets purchased online being sent to you via your Swans App or print-at-home. This is the fastest and most convenient method to secure your seat. The ability to purchase online and load your tickets in the app or select print-at home tickets will remain available until kick-off.
Please note digital tickets will be sent no earlier than 72 hours before kick-off and will load in the app once received.
Supporters are advised that the best way to secure your favourite seat is by purchasing a 2023-24 Jack Army membership. Not only will you receive priority seating and discounted ticket prices, but it will also entitle you to Swans Cash and access to the Your Jack Benefits (YJB) scheme.

ACCESSIBILITY
Supporters who are registered with the club and wish to purchase accessibility tickets can now do so online at no extra cost and can redeem their personal assistant ticket (if required) free of charge. Please simply log in to your e-ticketing account, select your preferred seats in the stadium and assign one ticket to the Personal Assistant price class.
Supporters wishing to register to receive an accessible carer are advised to send supporting documentation to the ticket office at ticketing@swanseacity.com.
PARKING
The club is delighted to announce the continuation of last season’s parking options, that saw new facilities open for supporters visiting the Swansea.com Stadium. The club’s usual parking arrangement with the Landore Park and Walk will now be supplemented with parking run by our partners at Event Support Team Ltd, to add to supporters' matchday options.
Supporters can pre-book parking at this facility by clicking on the following link, with the parking facilities located at the old Virgin Media site, a 15-minute walk from the stadium.
A very limited amount of on-site accessible parking spaces will be available to purchase from 10am Friday March 1, and these can be booked by contacting the ticket office on 01792 616400 (option 1).
