The club encourages supporters to purchase online, with all tickets purchased online being posted out. This is the fastest and most convenient method to secure your seat.
Accessibility
The club has received an allocation of ten wheelchair bays and accompanying carer tickets, which can be purchased via our ticketing website using the accessibility ballot.
The hosts have also advised us of specific seats that are suitable for supporters with accessibility requirements located on the front two rows of the upper tier. There are also a small number of lower tier tickets available too classified at silver pricing. Any supporters who buy in the silver allocation and wish to sit in the lower tier can simply email the ticket office to request this.
Travel
As mentioned in the Ownership update from Brett and Jason, the cost of official coach travel to QPR for supporters has been covered by Brett and Jason.
Brett and Jason acknowledge the Jack Army are the lifeblood of this club and we hope this offer of free coach travel allows as many of you as possible to cheer on Alan Sheehan and the team. We look forward to welcoming all supporters travelling, including any supporters travelling away for the first time for this fixture and wish you all a safe journey.
Supporters who wish to take advantage of this must purchase their ticket online and also claim their travel ticket free of charge. Free travel must be claimed in advance, with a deadline of 5pm on Monday April 14, to give the club enough time to make the necessary arrangements.
Please note that booking a match ticket does not entitle you to the free travel automatically.
When making your booking, you are able to select which coach number you would like to travel on. If you are planning to attend with friends or family, we strongly advise that you pre-plan and book the same coach to ensure you are travelling together.
Coach nine is the designated as the family coach, and anyone looking for a quieter travelling experience should select to travel on coach nine.
If you are not able to book the same coach or require to move, we strongly advise to do so as soon as possible as the club cannot guarantee availability to process moves.
Supporters under the age of 16 will be refused entry if they try to access away travel unaccompanied. Supporters using the coach service are reminded that, in line with traffic commissioner guidelines, strictly no alcohol can be brought on board the coaches.
Supporters who do not adhere to this rule, or partake in other instances of anti-social behaviour, run the risk of the coaches being turned around and the club will look to impose a home and away fixture ban for the remainder of this season.
