Tickets on sale for Gillingham and Preston North End fixtures

Jack Army members will be awarded one point for this fixture. Please note that loyalty points will only be awarded after the fixture has been played.

Please note: Anyone tickets for supporters under the age of 14 must be sold with an accompanying adult.

Supporters should note there is a £2.50 booking fee per ticket for all telephone sales and over-the-counter transactions. However, tickets can be booked online with no booking fees applied, and tickets will be sent digitally.

The club therefore encourages supporters to purchase online, with all tickets purchased online being sent to you via your Swans App or print-at-home. This is the fastest and most convenient method to secure your seat. The ability to purchase online and load your tickets in the app or select print-at home tickets will remain available until kick-off.

Please note digital tickets will be sent no earlier than 72 hours before kick-off and will load in the app once received.

Supporters are advised that the best way to secure your favourite seat is by purchasing a 2024-25 Jack Army membership. Not only will you receive priority seating and discounted ticket prices, but it will also entitle you to Swans Cash and access to the Your Jack Benefits (YJB) scheme.

Gillingham

Hospitality is now available to purchase online for the Carabao Cup fixture against Gillingham. Prices are as follows:

Adult: £20

Under-18s: £10

Doors open for hospitality an hour before kick-off and will remain open for an hour after full-time.

There will be no hospitality sales on the day so supporters interested in hospitality are strongly advised to book in advance.

Preston North End

Hospitality is now available to purchase online for this fixture and season ticket holders are entitled to an exclusive discount when booking. Prices and experiences vary by package. Hospitality starts from as little as £70.

Supporters who are registered with the club and wish to purchase accessibility tickets can now do so online at no extra cost and can redeem their personal assistant ticket (if required) free of charge. Please simply log in to your e-ticketing account, select your preferred seats in the stadium and assign one ticket to the Personal Assistant price class.

Gillingham

Supporters are advised that seasonal parking renewals for the 2024-25 season will go on sale later this week and accessibility seasonal parking will be included for the Carabao Cup fixture.

General admission parking for this fixture will be sold at £5 per space on a first-come first-served basis on the night. There will be a small number of accessibility parking available to buy for non-seasonal members from 10am on Tuesday July 30, and this can be booked in advance by calling the ticket office on 01792 616400 (option 1).

Preston North End

The club’s usual parking arrangement with the Landore Park and Walk are now supplemented with parking run by our partners at Event Support Team Ltd, to add to supporters' matchday options.

Supporters can pre-book parking at this facility by clicking on the following link, with the parking facilities located at the old Virgin Media site, a 15-minute walk from the stadium.

A very limited amount of on-site accessible parking spaces will be available to purchase from Friday August 2 at 10am, and these can be booked by contacting the ticket office on 01792 616400 (option 1)
