Tickets on sale for festive away fixtures
Tickets for Swansea City’s fixtures at Southampton and Coventry City over the festive period are now on sale to season ticket holders who are also Jack Army members.
The club has received an allocation of 2,031 tickets for the Boxing Day fixture against Southampton, which will take place at St Mary’s Stadium (3pm).
The Swans will then travel to Coventry City on Friday, December 29 2023 (7.45pm) where the club has received an allocation of 1,500 tickets.
Jack Army members will receive priority access to purchase tickets. If you are not yet a member but wish to sign up, click below to learn more.

Supporters are advised children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 to attend this fixture.
Supporters under the age of 16 may be refused entry if they try to access away travel or enter the host stadium unaccompanied.
Tickets can be purchased online, in-person during ticket office opening hours, and over the phone.
Please note telephone sales and over-the-counter sales incur a £2.50 booking charge per ticket. Full ticketing details can be found below.

Prices exclude a postage fee of £1.25 per online order/delivery and £2.50 per ticket over the phone with the ticket office.
All supporters can book tickets online. However, supporters with accessibility requirements, or those who require a wheelchair, may call the ticket office on 01792 616400 and select option 1.

Please note during the Jack Army window, there is a limit of one ticket per member. Jack Army members will be awarded three points for this fixture.
POSTAGE/ DELIVERY DETAILS
All tickets purchased before the below cut-off dates will be posted out, with any tickets after these dates being available to collect from the ticket office at the Swansea.com Stadium. Any tickets not collected at the stadium will be sent to the host club to collect, but supporters are strongly advised to collect in advance to ensure there are no issues on the day.
Southampton
All tickets purchased before 4pm on Tuesday December 19 will be posted out, with all tickets purchased after this point being available to collect from the Swansea.com Stadium on Thursday December 21 and Friday December 22. Any uncollected tickets will then be sent to Ticket Office 3 at St Mary’s Stadium for collection from around three hours before kick-off.
If your tickets have not arrived in the post by 2pm on Friday December 22, please let the ticket office know by emailing ticketing@swanseacity.com and including your customer number or booking reference, and the club will arrange duplicate tickets for you to collect at the host club. The club cannot guarantee any duplicate requests received after this time will be actioned. All supporters collecting pre-paid tickets or duplicates MUST produce photographic ID when collecting at St Mary’s Stadium. Failure to produce this may result in you not being issued your tickets.
Coventry City
All tickets purchased before 4pm on Friday December 22 will be posted out, with all tickets purchased after this point being available to collect from the Swansea.com Stadium on Thursday December 28 and Friday December 29 (when the ticket office is open until 12pm). Any uncollected tickets will then be sent to The CBS Arena for collection from around three hours before kick-off.
If your tickets have not arrived in the post by 11am on Friday December 29, please let the ticket office know by emailing ticketing@swanseacity.com and including your customer number or booking reference, and the club will arrange duplicate tickets for you to collect at the host club. The club cannot guarantee any duplicate requests received after this time will be actioned. All supporters collecting pre-paid tickets or duplicates MUST produce photographic ID when collecting at the CBS Arena. Failure to produce this may result in you not being issued your tickets.
The club encourages supporters to purchase online, with all tickets purchased online being posted out. This is the fastest and most convenient method to secure your seat.
COACH TRAVEL
Coach travel is on sale for both fixtures.
Coaches will depart at 8.30am.
Travel for Coventry City is priced at £38 each and coaches depart at 2pm.

ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING
The club has received an allocation of 15 wheelchair bays and accompanying carer tickets for Southampton and nine for Coventry City, which can be purchased via our ticketing website using the accessibility ballot.
The hosts have also advised us of specific seats that are suitable for supporters with accessible needs.
The club has received four car parking spaces for Blue Badge holders for Southampton, priced at £10 each and can be booked via the ticket office.

PAY ON THE DAY
Supporters are advised to book tickets in advance as there is no guarantee of a pay on the day facility being available for either fixture.
