Ticketing and travel details confirmed for South Wales derby
A combined tickets and travel package for Swansea City’s Championship fixture against Cardiff City will go on sale from 10am on Monday, December 16.
Swansea City has been given an allocation of just over 2,000 for the South Wales derby at Cardiff City Stadium on Sunday, January 12, kick-off 12pm (live on Sky).
Supporters wishing to attend will have to purchase a tickets and travel package which will comprise of a match ticket and a return bus journey.
All supporters will then have to travel on an organised coach leaving from the Liberty Stadium, unless you are Travel Club member or travelling from the Red Lion.
Due to the limited number of tickets available, the club has introduced a points scheme for this fixture for Jack Army members (points also apply to disabled supporters) to reward those that have already travelled away this season.
The first window, opening this Monday (10am), will be for Jack Army season-ticket holders and Jack Army members who both currently have 52+ JA points in their account.
The next window, opening next Thursday (10am), will be only for Jack Army members who have 32+ JA points in their account.
Lastly, on Monday, December 23, the window will open to all remaining Jack Army and Jack Army season-ticket holders wishing to secure their trip.
Any remaining tickets will then go to general sale on Monday, December 30.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
As part of the tickets and travel package, the club has organised a number of coaches departing from the Liberty Stadium on a return journey to Cardiff. Please note that under-16s must have an accompanying adult who is 18 or over with them.
The Travel Club are running coaches strictly for Travel Club members, you will be contacted about booking your travel package directly with them.
If you usually travel from the Red Lion (Morriston) then this has already been organised and you should have been contacted by your representative about your travel package, if you have the relevant points.
All spaces on all packages are limited and will be given on a first come, first served basis.
A limited number of tickets will be made available for supporters who live closer to Cardiff and further east to travel independently. You must purchase a Liberty Stadium travel package first to secure your place.
If you are successful in purchasing a travel package, please email traveldirect@swanseacity.com with your name and Jack Army membership account number and you will be refunded the travel cost. This option is very limited and requests will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, you are advised to email us as soon as you have booked your travel package.
Tickets for disabled supporters to travel directly on matchday will be available from the ticket office, please contact traveldirect@swanseacity.com.
TICKET EXCHANGE
Once supporters have purchased their tickets and travel package, they will be sent a voucher. Supporters will then need to bring this voucher with them on the bus where it will need to be exchanged for a valid match ticket.
Please note, your voucher is not a ticket and will not allow entry unless exchanged for a ticket. More information on this will follow.

The qualifying loyalty points are based on the loyalty points accrued as of the time this announcement. Loyalty points will not be adjusted.
It is strictly one ticket per qualifying Jack Army member.
NOTE: Jack Army members will be awarded three points for this fixture. Jack Army members purchasing tickets in the general sale window will be required to pay the full price of the ticket and not the 'We Are Twenty' price.
*New booking fees are now in place. A £1.25 postage fee will apply per delivery/order for tickets ordered via post. The £2.50 per ticket purchased by phone or in person will still be applied. Jack Army memberships have a booking fee of £2.50 per membership.
