Swansea City 1-0 Derby County
Federico Bessone's late strike gave the Swans victory over Derby and enabled Paulo Sousa's side to climb to third place in the Championship.
The hosts almost took the lead early on as Nathan Dyer shot just wide of the post after a backpass from Derby winger Gary Teale.
The Swans earned a succession of corners throughout the first half, however Derby held on to reach the interval on level terms.
The match appeared to be heading for a draw after an outstanding performance from County goalkeeper Stephen Bywater, who made two impressive saves in the second half to deny Craig Beattie and Darren Pratley.
However, this changed nine minutes from time as Bessone, with help from a Joe Allen assist, outpaced Robbie Savage to hit a left-foot shot into the roof of the net.
SWANS: De Vries, Williams, Tate, Bessone, Rangel, Britton, Pratley, Orlandi (Allen, 60), Van der Gun (Butler, 77), Dyer, Beattie (Trundle, 90).
DERBY: Bywater, Green, Leacock, Savage, Hulse, Teale, Barker, Moxey, Livermore, Stoor (Connolly, 63), Hughes.
