Team news | Southampton v Swansea City
Jon McLaughlin is set to make his Swansea City debut in the Emirates FA Cup third-round clash against Southampton at St Mary's.
The Scotland international is handed a first appearance since joining last summer, and is one of four changes from the side that started last weekend's draw against West Bromwich Albion.
There is also the welcome sight of Josh Ginnelly on the bench; the winger involved in a matchday squad for the first time since rupturing his Achilles against Sheffield Wednesday in September 2023, some 478 days ago.
Kyle Naughton, Myles Peart-Harris and Florian Bianchini also come into the Swans team.
McLaughlin lines up in goal, with Naughton joining Cyrus Christie, Josh Key and Josh Tymon in the Swansea defence.
Captain Matt Grimes partners Gonçalo Franco, with Peart-Harris operating ahead of them in midfield.
Jisung Eom and Ronald remain in place on the flanks, with Bianchini up top for the visitors.
The Saints, meanwhile, make two changes from their 5-0 defeat to Brentford as former Swan Ryan Manning and Mateus Fernandes come into their team.
