Ben Cabango, Joe Allen and Josh Ginnelly are included in the squad for Swansea City’s final pre-season friendly against Reading at the Select Car Leasing Stadium.

The defender, midfielder and winger have had muscle injuries, but they are included in the squad to face the Royals, with former Hearts forward Ginnelly potentially in line for his first game time in the build-up to the new Championship campaign.

Cabango’s inclusion is one of five changes to the starting line-up from the midweek game against Bristol Rovers, with Jay Fulton, Harry Darling, Olivier Ntcham and Joel Piroe all in the XI.

Allen and Ginnelly are among the substitutes on a nine-man bench, with Brandon Cooper, Kyle Naughton, Ollie Cooper, Jamie Paterson and Liam Cullen dropping out of the starting line-up.

Andy Fisher is in goal, with Cabango and Darling joined by Nathan Wood, Josh Key and Azeem Abdulai in the Swansea defence.

Fulton and Ntcham join skipper Matt Grimes in midfield, with Piroe partnering Jerry Yates in attack.
