Here they take a look at the Swans' five best rated performers over the course of the season.
5. Joel Latibeaudiere - 6.62 rating
Joel Latibeaudiere impressed in a number of defensive roles across the season for Swansea, with his distribution key as the Swans sought to build attacks from the back and dominate possession.
Indeed, the 23-year-old returned the fifth-best pass success rate (90.6%) in the Championship last season, and was difficult to get the better of when up against attackers having garnered a tackle success rate of 78.6%.
However, ill-discipline didn't aid Latibeaudiere, who received 11 yellow cards, the ninth most in the division, and this meant he earned a final WhoScored.com rating of 6.62.
4. Ben Cabango - 6.64 rating
The 2022-23 campaign proved to be another solid season for Welsh centre-back Ben Cabango, who ended the campaign with a WhoScored.com rating of 6.64.
Cabango, like Latibeaudiere, routinely sought to get the ball rolling, so to speak, from defence, with an average of 75.2 passes per game the third-most in the Championship last season.
The 23-year-old was often in the right place at the right time to alleviate pressure on the Swans goal with 3.6 clearances per game ranking 29th in the division.
3. Matt Grimes - 6.82 rating
Swansea's skipper was once again Mr Consistent in the middle of the park as he dictated the tempo from midfield.
Matt Grimes ranked top for passes per game (95.8) and third for pass success rate (91.2%) in the Championship last season, very much reinforcing a statistically calculated WhoScored.com strength of 'passing'.
Seven assists ranked 13th in the Championship, those coming from an average of 1.2 key passes per game, the second most of all Swansea players, as Grimes earned a rating of 6.82.
2. Joel Piroe - 6.93 rating
Joel Piroe ended the season on 19 league goals, seeing out 2022-23 on a high as his free-kick late on against West Brom wrapped up a 3-2 win.
The Dutchman has proven a sensational signing from PSV Eindhoven, with Piroe netting a combined 41 league goals in his two years in England.
The 23-year-old routinely chanced his arm, having finished the season with an average of 3.3 shots per game, that the most in the division as Piroe returned a WhoScored.com rating of 6.93.
1. Ryan Manning 7.26
Swansea's player of the season according to WhoScored.com, Ryan Manning returned a rating of 7.26, that enough to make the Championship team of the season.
A return of 10 assists ultimately ranked fourth in England's second tier, a fine return for a left-back, while no player made more key passes than the 26-year-old (108) in the 2022-23 Championship campaign.
Averages of two tackles and 1.3 interceptions per game further highlight Manning's consistency on and off the ball as the Republic of Ireland international enjoyed a season to remember.
