The SwansTV streaming helpline will now operate on match days only.
The service will be open 90 minutes before kick off and operate until the end of the first half.
Supporters are reminded that refund requests that were submitted by season ticket holders recently will be processed by the end of the current season.
Meanwhile, the deadline for season ticket renewals has also been removed. However, fans can still renew online or by requesting a call back via ticketoffice@liberty-stadium.com
The Liberty Stadium club shop remains closed for the rest of the season, but fans can still order online at https://www.store.swanseacity.com/
