Swansea City Women handed Talycopa tie in Bute Energy Welsh Cup first round

Swansea City Women will travel to Talycopa AFC Women in the first round of the Bute Energy Welsh Cup.

The Swans reached the semi-finals of the competition last season before suffering a 3-1 defeat to Cardiff City Women.

The competition final is set to be played at Rodney Parade for the second consecutive season.

Talycopa, who play in the Perago West Wales Women’s and Girls League, will host the Swans on Sunday October 20, with kick off at 2pm.
