Swansea City Women will face Llandudno Ladies away from home in the last 16 of the Genero Adran Trophy.
The Swans will be looking for revenge following their exit from last season‘s competition against the same opponents.
Llandudno reached the knockout stages after finishing top of their qualifying group, winning three from three.
The fixture is set to take place at Nantporth Stadium on December 3, with kick-off at 2pm.
