Swansea City will host Coventry City at the Swansea.com Stadium on Good Friday (3pm).
We expect this game to be extremely busy and therefore ask those attending to review the below information about ticketing, stadium access and parking before travelling.
Supporters are urged to arrive early as we anticipate large queues at the turnstiles in the lead up to kick off.
Arrive early and take advantage of our early drinks offers, available from turnstiles opening at 1.30pm until 2.15pm.
Our family stand (the Westacres south stand) will also be bouncing, with a kids disco hosted by Roly Poly entertainment.

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
All season ticket holders have access to a digital in-app ticket, through the Swans Official app. More information is available on this by clicking below.
Supporters are reminded that season ticket cards will also remain fully operational, and ticket holders are welcome to use whichever option is most suitable for them.

IN-APP TICKETS
Supporters are reminded that they can also access a digital copy of their season ticket or matchday ticket via the Swansea City app.
To use the in-app ticketing service, supporters should ensure their app is up to date and that they are running the latest version to ensure the correct tickets are pulling through. This may involve visiting your relevant app store.
Ticket holders will need to use their Swansea Club Account to access their ticket and ensure it is linked to the correct season ticket account. For more information on this and a walkthrough of the steps needed, please visit our FAQs.
Eligible supporters can access the ‘Jacks’ tab of the Swans app and click ‘view your matchday ticket’. This may prompt users to log in with their Swans Club Account, before displaying their ticket(s).
Swansea City would like to remind supporters who wish to use this service that it is the responsibility of ticket holders to check that their in-app ticket is visible before they travel to the Swansea.com Stadium. You will need internet connection for your season ticket to appear and we highly recommend adding your ticket to your smartphone wallet if possible.
Supporters are reminded that season tickets and print at home tickets will also remain fully operational, and ticket holders are welcome to use whichever option is most suitable for them.

ACCREDITATION
Hospitality guests are reminded that our lounges open two hours before kick-off, except for the Gower Lounge which is one hour before kick-off.
Please ensure you and your respective guests have the necessary tickets and passes.
We will not be able to issue match-specific tickets or passes on the day. Therefore, if you require re-prints please contact the office on 01792 616628 as soon as possible.

BY CAR
The postcode for the stadium is SA1 2FA.
The Swansea.com Stadium is located next to the Morfa Retail Park. Exit M4 via Junction 45 and take the A4067 South towards the City Centre for approximately 3 miles.
BY BICYCLE
There are 15 bicycle bays located externally at the south east corner of the Swansea.com Stadium. Visitors wishing to use these are required to provide their own secure bike locks.
BY TRAIN
Swansea Train Station (High Street) is located 1.5 miles from the stadium and is approximately a 30-minute walk. There is a direct train link to London Paddington and Manchester Piccadilly. It is managed by GWR and you can find out more amenities at the station by clicking below.
Once you arrive in Swansea, you can either walk, take the bus, or use a taxi to get to the stadium.
By bus – There is a bus stop opposite the train station. You will need the 4 or 4A route.
By taxi – There is a taxi rank to the left of the station as you exit. Taxis from here are charged at approximately £7.
On foot – It will take approximately 30 minutes to walk from the train station to the stadium. The postcode for the stadium is SA1 2FA.
BY BUS
The Swansea.com Stadium is located 2.5 miles from Swansea bus station with route 4 and 4A taking you directly to the stadium. The journey takes around 15 minutes and the bus stop is adjacent to the stadium. Between the stop and the stadium, there is a pelican crossing and drop kerbs. You will arrive at the stadium in the north-west corner.
There is also a taxi rank located outside the bus station. A taxi from here will cost approximately £15.

AREAS SURROUNDING STADIUM
There is no street parking available near the stadium. When visiting the stadium we ask that you be respectful towards parking arrangements and restrictions in the surrounding streets.

Please note that parking at the stadium has sold out for this fixture and will not be available for purchase on the day.
LANDORE PARK & WALK
This car park is a 3 minute walk to the stadium and can be purchased on the day at £7 per vehicle, subject to availability.
The park and walk sites open two hours prior to kick off and close up to 2 hours after the final whistle. Visitors are advised that some of this car park's surface will be gravel.
VIRGIN MEDIA SITE
Those driving to matches at the Swansea.com Stadium can now park at the Virgin Media Site. This is located on Matrix Court, Enterprise Park, Siemens Way and supporters should use the postcode SA7 9BB or (What 3 Words: Loose.Park.Churn).
This car park is a 10 to 15-minute walk from the stadium.
The Virgin Media Site is managed by our new car parking partner Event Support Team (EST) and spaces can be pre-booked at a cost of £10 per vehicle via the dedicated website.
Fans can also call EST on 01905947540 and their team will be happy to assist with any queries or bookings.
Spaces are expected to go quickly, so supporters are urged to book in advance, however any remaining spaces will be sold on the day and can be paid for using cash or card.

The Swansea.com is a fully cashless stadium and therefore only card payments are accepted.
CLUB SHOP
The club shop will be open between 9.30am and 6pm for this fixture, where supporters can take advantage of our 70% sale!
Queues are anticipated and again we thank supporters in advance for their patience during this busy period. We recommend arriving early where possible to avoid disappointment.
We will be joined by ex-Swans player Tommy Hutchinson, who will be hosting a book signing at the club shop between 12.30pm and 1.30pm.

FAMILY STAND
The Westacres south stand is home to our family zone, where our Junior Jacks can enjoy a number of games and activities in the new Superbowl area.
Roly Poly entertainment are also in attendance, with a kids disco for our Junior Jacks to enjoy this Easter weekend!
This weekend we will also be joined by the Swansea City Foundation, South Wales Police and Superbowl with a number of engaging activities and offers.
Entertainment begins when turnstiles open at 1.30pm, so please join us early to make the most of our activities!
We also have new partners Nathaniel Car Sales on site, as well as Pure Football who will be taking over half-time in the stadium, where children will have an upgraded penalty shoot-out against Cyril the Swan.
CATERING
The Riverside Lounge will be open for all match ticket holders from two hours before kick-off (1pm).
Supporters can take advantage of our cheapest prices on food and beverages up until 45 minutes before kick-off.
INCLUSION ROOM
As a club, we want the Swansea.com Stadium to be an inclusive and enjoyable environment for all supporters.
We have introduced an inclusion room at the Swansea.com Stadium which will be available to supporters who may require a quiet space at home matches during the 2022-23 season, while the Disabled Supporters’ Association (DSA) has presented the club with new ear defenders for supporters who can find loud noises challenging.
This is part of our ongoing commitment remain a wholly inclusive and welcoming club for everyone.

Love Football. Protect the Game.
Swansea City is fully supportive of the FA, Premier League and EFL’s ‘Love Football. Protect the Game’ campaign.
These actions will target activity such as entering the pitch without permission, carrying or using smoke bombs or pyrotechnics and throwing objects - as well as drug use and discriminatory behaviour.
As a club we have a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination of all forms. We will always be unwavering in our support of our players, staff, supporters and the community that we proudly represent, and we are united as a club on the fight against discrimination.
If any supporter is reported to – and subsequently proven guilty – of racial discrimination either at the Swansea.com Stadium or on our travels, then they will face a lifetime ban from stadiums and we will work closely with the authorities on the issue.
Throwing objects
As a club, we have a zero tolerance approach to the throwing of objects on to the field of play. We will take a firm stance against any supporter(s) who is found to be guilty of such an offence either at the Swansea.com Stadium or when we play away from home.
