Swansea City Under-21s Derby Premier League Division Two

13th September

Coach Gary Richards says he wants Swansea City Under-21s to continue building momentum as they return to Premier League Division Two action away to Derby on Monday (7pm).
The development squad travel to St George's Park with two wins from their first three games in category one football.
An Oliver McBurnie brace helped the Swans secure a 2-0 victory at home to Stoke in their last league game while Derby narrowly lost 3-2 away at Arsenal.
Swansea will be without Alex Samuel and Stephen Kingsley following their loan moves to Morton and Crewe, while striker Botti Biabi could make his first appearance for the U21s since joining from Falkirk.
And Richards says the squad are looking forward to returning to league action after a three-week break.
"The lads have looked good in training following the international break," he said. "We have had a good start to the season. Our performances in our first three games show we have been competitive.
"We are still looking to improve but we aim to continue building momentum going into the match on Monday.
"There will be a few changes to the team with the likes of Alex (Samuel) and Stephen (Kingsley) going out on loan.
"We are still waiting on the fitness of Dan James, who has a slight knock, but otherwise we have a fully-fit squad to choose from.
"Derby are an established category one academy side - all their games this season have been very tight, meaning they will be a tough team to beat."
