Swansea City trio receive Wales call-ups

Swansea City trio Ben Cabango, Ollie Cooper and Liam Cullen have been included in the Wales squad for the upcoming Uefa Euro 2024 qualifiers against Armenia and Turkey.

It’s the second time striker Cullen and midfielder Cooper have been called up to the national team, with the latter making his debut in a home victory over Latvia during the last international break in March.

Rob Page’s side will host Armenia in Cardiff on Friday June 16, before travelling to Samsun on Monday June 19.

The Dragons got off to a good start to their qualification campaign back in March.

Late drama saw them take a point away against World Cup semi-finalists Croatia before earning a hard-fought win at home against Latvia.

That result sees them sit second in Group D on goal difference heading into this international window.
