Swansea City seek fans for Structured Dialogue forum
Swansea City is looking for supporters to take part in its next 'Structured Dialogue' forum with the club's senior decision-makers.
The club is committed to hosting two Structured Dialogues every season. This has provided a very useful insight for the club and the supporters who have previously taken part, and is something the club is keen to continue to deliver.
The number of attendees to each Structured Dialogue is limited to 10 supporters to allow for a more intimate dialogue.
The purpose of the Structured Dialogue forums is to allow supporters to meet with key decision-makers and ask questions of particular importance to that supporter, or the supporter base they represent.
The forum is a recommendation of the Government Expert Working Group, which was established by the Minister for Sport in 2014, to provide engagement and dialogue between a club and its main stakeholders, the fans.
Swans' chief executive Julian Winter, head of commercial Rebecca Edwards-Symmons, head of operations, facilities and development Andrew Davies, chief financial officer Gareth Davies and a Supporters' Trust representative are all expected to attend, along with the club's head of hospitality, events and fan engagement.
The meeting is scheduled to take place via Zoom Tuesday, November 24 at 5.30pm.
The club is looking for a different cross-section of supporters to attend each meeting. The event is minuted and those minutes will be shared on the club's website following the event for all supporters to have access to what was discussed.
To register your interest in attending, please email your contact details, whether you represent a supporter group, and the questions you wish to submit to the forum to support@swanseacity.com
