Swansea City players visit charity partner Cwtsh Clos homes
Swansea City's Lawrence Vigouroux, Harry Darling and Ollie Cooper recently visited Cwtsh Clos to see the refurbishment work being done to the homes, which house families who have babies requiring treatment in Singleton Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Swansea City's partnership with Swansea Bay Health Charity's Cwtsh Clos Appeal aims to raise funds to complete the work being done on the five properties adjacent to the hospital, with the current total lying approximately halfway to the target of £160,000.
Vigouroux, Darling and Cooper were shown around Cwtsh Clos, met some of the medical staff who work in the NICU, and spoke to Pepsi Evans, Scott James and their son Jacob, who have first-hand experience of how just how important the homes away from home are for families experiencing some of the most challenging situations.
Saturday's home match against Blackburn Rovers is dedicated to the charity and you can find out more about the club's planned activities here.
