Swansea City to face Forest Green Rovers in pre-season friendly

Swansea City will host Forest Green Rovers at the Liberty Stadium on Tuesday, September 1 as Steve Cooper’s side prepare for the new Championship campaign.
The Swans will welcome the League Two side to SA1 for a 1.30pm kick-off.
Rovers finished 10th in the fourth tier under the guidance of boss Mark Cooper last term.
The game will mark the first meeting between the senior sides of the two clubs, although Swansea City Under-21s did claim a 2-0 win at The New Lawn in the Checkatrade Trophy in 2017.
