Swansea City club shop to close from June 1
Swansea City would like to inform supporters that the Swansea.com Stadium club shop will close from next Saturday (June 1) until further notice, due to the Take That concert taking place on June 6 and also to allow staff to prepare for the 2024-25 season.
We would also like to inform supporters with Swans Cash that they will have until midnight on June 2, to spend their remaining balance and shop our final reductions on the 50 per cent off sale. More information on Swans Cash is available below.
The club shop will be open on the below dates before closing:
Thursday May 30 – 9.30am – 5.30pm
Friday May 31 – 9.30am – 5.30pm
Saturday June 1 – 9.30am – 5.30pm
Please note, due to the concert, the stadium's west car park will be closed during the above dates. Limited parking will be available within the north car park - with access through the west car park - but we encourage supporters to use other parking options.
The club will endeavour to update supporters on a re-opening date via our website and social media channels in due course.
Supporters can continue to shop online, with options available for delivery or click and collect.

How do I use my Swans Cash in store?
Simply present your season ticket at checkout and the balance can be applied to your transaction.
How do I use my Swans Cash online?
Complete your shopping and proceed to the checkout, sign into your Swans Club Account where your season ticket is registered*.
When signed in, you will see delivery options. Make the necessary selections and under ‘review your order’ you will see an option to ‘use loyalty cash’.
Enter the amount you would like to redeem and hit 'apply'. This should then be deducted from your final total. Agree to the terms and conditions and click ‘pay now’.
Follow the instructions on screen to complete your transaction.
*Please note, if you checkout as a guest, or with Paypal, you will be unable to redeem your Swans Cash.
Any Swans Cash not redeemed by midnight on June 2 will be wiped.
CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE
The club is pleased to remind the Jack Army that you can still take advantage of our click and collect service at our Cwmdu warehouse.
Supporters who wish to use this service, must simply click ‘Click and Collect’ during online check out. You will receive an order confirmation email on checkout and a further email when your order is ready to collect.
Please note that click and collect orders may take up to seven days to fulfil and therefore we request that you wait until you have received email acknowledgement that your order is ready to collect before making the journey to Cwmdu.
