Swansea City agree deal for striker Kyle Joseph
Swansea City has agreed the transfer of Kyle Joseph from Wigan Athletic for an undisclosed fee, subject to EFL, FAW and FA clearance.
The 19-year-old has agreed a four-year contract at the Liberty Stadium and will become the Swans first signing ahead of the 2021-22 Championship campaign.
Striker Joseph has been with the Latics since the age of 13, and scored five goals in 20 appearances in all competitions last term, including a winner against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light and a hat-trick against Burton.
The previous campaign he was named Wigan’s academy player of the season after netting 23 goals in all competitions for their under-18 side.
Joseph has also represented Scotland at under-18 and under-19 level.
