Swansea City AFC Foundation launch wellbeing workshops for 2023
New for 2023, Swansea City AFC Foundation are excited to announce the launch of its Springboard Wellbeing Workshops at the Swansea.com Stadium.
Beginning later this month, sessions will run weekly throughout January, February and March and will focus on supporting people to maintain and improve their emotional and mental health and wellbeing.
The workshops will be interactive and engaging, and will provide a safe space to discuss topics such as managing stress levels, practical wellbeing models as well as financial wellbeing. They will also touch on aspects of personal development with activities to improve self-awareness and develop personal character strengths.
At the end of the programme there will be the opportunity to join a stadium tour and a take a peek behind the scenes, here at Swansea City AFC.
The Springboard Wellbeing Workshops follow the introduction of the Foundation’s Cwtch Coffee Mornings in November which are weekly drop in sessions hosted at the Swansea.com Stadium.
Sessions will take place at the Swansea.com Stadium every Monday and will focus on a new topic each week.
They will run in the morning (10am-12pm) and afternoon (1pm-3pm) on each of the following days:
Monday January 23 - mental health awareness and self-care
Monday January 30 - managing anxiety
