Swansea City AFC Foundation is pleased to be launching ‘All Jacks’ - a new project supported by the Premier League Fans Fund - focused on promoting equal opportunity for everyone within our community.

‘All Jacks’ is an exciting initiative which will celebrate the diversity in our community and bring people together to work collaboratively and create positive change.

The Premier League Fans Fund provides grants to support football clubs at all levels of the game in order to strengthen connections between them, their fans and local communities.

The fund supports a range of fan-focused and fan-led projects, helping to foster a sense of belonging through meaningful engagement. This includes schemes for under-represented groups, to further develop an inclusive and welcoming matchday experience for everyone.

Swansea City AFC Foundation will use the reach and appeal of Swansea City to engage with underrepresented fans, who will get the opportunity to voice their needs and feel a sense of belonging within the football club.

“All Jacks is an initiative providing opportunity for new and existing fans to come together, with the club and the Foundation, and identify new ways to put our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion into practice, while building on the work already being done in this area,” said Laura Webb, Fans Fund coordinator at Swansea City AFC Foundation.

“Together, we have an opportunity to make real change in the community, and ensure that anyone who wants to be involved in any of our activities - from matchdays to community health and wellbeing provision - is supported to do so.

“All at Swansea City and the Foundation are committed to eradicating discrimination and promoting equality. This project unites us through football, celebrates the diversity of our community and provides an opportunity for fans, supporters and the wider community to have their voice heard.
