Swans win praise from visiting fans
Away fans who came to Swansea City last season have given the Liberty Stadium experience a huge thumbs-up.
The Football Supporters’ Federation have conducted an away fans feedback survey for the 2016-17 season, and the Swans came out on top in a number of categories.
The survey asked visiting fans to rate a range of factors, both outside and inside the ground, on the following scale: 5 (excellent), 4 (good), 3 (adequate), 2 (poor) and 1 (very poor). An average has been taken of these responses to arrive at the results below.
Entering the Stadium
The Swans ranked first of the 20 Premier League clubs with a score of 4.43. The league average was 3.65.
Price of refreshments
The Swans ranked fifth of the 20 Premier League clubs with a score of 2.94. The average for the league was 2.70.
Choice of refreshments
The Swans ranked first of the 20 Premier League clubs with a score of 3.41. The average for the league was 3.05.
Quality/comfort of the away sector
The Swans ranked first of the 20 Premier League clubs with a score of 4.18. The average for the league was 3.32.
Behaviour of stewards/club staff
The Swans ranked first of the 20 Premier League clubs with a score of 4.43. The average for the league was 3.59.
Overall value for money
The Swans ranked second of the 20 Premier League clubs with a score of 4.18. The average for the Premier League was 3.61.
