Swans go live for West Ham fixture

Swansea City's home game against West Ham has been moved to Sunday, December 20 after it was chosen for Sky Sports broadcast.

Garry Monk's side welcome the Hammers to the Liberty Stadium just five days before Christmas, with the game now kicking off at 4pm.
