Swans face Wolves test in FA Cup
Swansea City face a trip to Wolverhampton Wanderers in round three of the Emirates FA Cup.
The Swans will go to Molineux on the weekend of January 5-8, with the date and kick-off time of the tie to be confirmed.
Paul Clement’s men can expect a difficult test having been paired with the current Championship leaders in tonight’s third-round draw.
Wolves have impressed so far this season following the summer appointment of Nuno Espirito Santo, the former Valencia boss, and the addition of a number of notable signings.
The Swans fell at the first hurdle in last season’s FA Cup, going down 2-0 at Hull City.
Their last competitive encounter with Wolves was an extraordinary 4-4 draw in the 2011-12 Premier League campaign.
