Swans Christmas Surprises with Westacres | Dylan Thomas School
This Christmas, Swansea City are teaming up with club partner Westacres, to provide Christmas surprises to some very special people (and animals!) this festive season.
First team players Liam Cullen and Dan Williams recently visited Dylan Thomas Community School, to surprise pupils with Christmas gifts.
The gifts will form part of Christmas hampers, supplied by staff at the school, which will be given to selected pupils.
COVID measures meant the duo were unable to greet pupils but headmaster Paul Davies was on hand to accept the gifts on the school's behalf.
"I would like to thank Swansea City for their support of our school Christmas Hamper campaign which has been ongoing for the last few years," said Paul Davies.
"Without their support the hampers we provide to our most in need and deserving children would not be half the quality that they now are.
"Also, for members of the squad to give up their time so kindly and be so generous with their words of encouragement and praise was a source of encouragement and pride.
"We have benefited from the club's support for some time now and I can say without doubt that they are a true community club in every sense."
The Christmas Surprises with Westacres will continue throughout the week, so keep your eyes peeled to see what we have been up to.
