Supporter information following recent postponements
Swansea City wishes to update supporters on the current situation with respect to the forthcoming fixtures.
As confirmed, our scheduled behind-closed-door matches home matches with Luton Town (December 29) and Fulham (January 3) have been called off due to a considerable amount of COVID-19 cases within the playing squad.
Prior to the games being postponed, we offered season ticket holders the opportunity to either receive the SwansTV Live streaming service or a refund for these games as they were due to be played behind closed doors. We thank supporters for their speedy and prompt response regarding their choices.
However, this announcement was superseded on Christmas Eve when the Luton game was postponed – followed by the Fulham fixture, which was postponed today - rather than being played behind closed doors. Therefore, no streaming service or refunds are eligible to season ticket holders and season hospitality guests for these fixtures as the games will be rescheduled at a time where we hope to welcome back fans to the Swansea.com Stadium. It is important to note that we have not received any further guidance on this. Any supporter that requested a refund for the Luton Town and Fulham fixtures has now had their request put on hold pending further advice.
Please note, anyone who purchased general admission tickets for these games are automatically refunded.
As matters progress with the rearrangement of this fixture and any other potential fixture changes, we will keep you informed as soon as possible.
As always, thank you for your support through these difficult times.
