Swansea City would like to update season ticket holders and hospitality guests on their tickets for the 2024-25 campaign.

All new season ticket holders for the 2024-25 season have now been sent their season ticket card via post.

If you are a new season ticket holder for 2024-25 and you have not received your season ticket card by Thursday August 1, please contact the ticket office on the details provided in this story.

Existing 2023-24 season ticket holders can continue to use their existing season ticket card, unless they fall into one of the below categories in which case a new card has been posted out:

  • You have moved season ticket seat
  • You have changed ticket class (for example from adult to senior)

All season ticket holders and match ticket holders can also gain access to an in-app ticket. This does not replace your season ticket card, and either can be used to gain entry to the stadium. If your season ticket was purchased over 72 hours ago, and are yet to see your ticket in the app, please email marketing@swanseacity.com
