An in-depth interview with wing-back Ryan Manning is the centrepiece of our free digital matchday programme for Swansea City’s home fixture against Wigan Athletic on Saturday (3pm).

The Republic of Ireland international has been on fine form this season, and reveals how a recent birthday has changed his mindset, as well as the one factor he feels will make all the difference in a unique Championship season that is preparing to stop for the World Cup break.
