The defender reveals why Swansea City’s change of style under Russell Martin was not a culture shock for him, reflects on being a World Cup-winning captain with England Under-17s and talks about his love of Wales’ golf courses.

There will also be plenty of news from around the club with updates from the academy and Swansea City AFC Foundation, with the latter being particularly busy in working to aid the local community over the festive period.

Supporters are now able to be access the programme directly through the official website and app, and will no longer be required to visit to an external website or access an embedded document to view it.
