An interview with Nathan Wood is the main feature in our free digital matchday programme as Swansea City host Middlesbrough at the Swansea.com Stadium on Saturday (3pm).

The defender talks about his development this season, and why he feels he has made considerable strides across the campaign, as well as reflecting on starting his career with today’s opponents.
