Preview | Watford v Swansea City
Swansea City head to Watford tonight looking to secure a third Championship victory in a row (7.45pm).
Luke Williams' Swans head to Hertfordshire on the back of a pair of 2-1 wins, away at Sunderland and at home to Blackburn Rovers respectively.
They will be keen to continue that form when they face a Hornets side who have endured a difficult run of late.
Team news
Swansea City are waiting on the fitness of Jamie Paterson after the midfielder was forced off with a knock in the second half of the win over Rovers.
Head coach Williams had Josh Key, Bashir Humphreys and Jamal Lowe available for the bench at the weekend, and it remains to be seen whether he chooses to hand any of them a starting role in the middle of a three-game week.
Azeem Abdulai and Harrison Ashby are also nearing returns from injury, while Josh Ginnelly, Sam Parker and Liam Walsh will miss out.
Pre-match views
Luke Williams: “The test for us as a group now is can we maintain that level, and can we maintain that intensity and aggression?
“We have to be able to maintain that otherwise it will mean nothing.
“We have to make sure we keep winning and that’s what it comes down to now for us, we have set a standard which needs to be the bare minimum moving forward.
“If we are to keep progressing, we have to at the very least maintain what we have been showing.
“In the first halves of the last two games, we have shown that energy and now we want to make sure we extend those periods in games.”
Valerien Ismael: "It’s important we manage the next game. We have a home game against Swansea and we need our fans. I understand the frustration and we are not complaining, but we need them on Wednesday, we need them to support the boys.
"It’s difficult for them, we put ourselves in this difficult situation so we have to play better if we want a better reaction from our fans. We need to give them the feeling that we are fighting and doing the right thing, and this is our purpose for Wednesday.
"We are in a bad run at the minute, it is not enough, this is not our expectation. We are in a difficult situation and we have to come out together."

Remember the last time?
Ben Cabango’s injury time winner secured a fourth win in five for Swansea City as they took all three points on their last visit to Watford.
Despite dominating the majority of the play, the Swans had to come from behind as the Hornets led at half-time courtesy of Ismaila Sarr’s finish from close range.
But Olivier Ntcham’s second goal in two games brought the visitors level shortly after the break before Cabango headed home a winner in the 10th minute of 17 added on. The long additional time due to a faulty microphone for one of the officials which caused the game to stop.
