Preview | Swansea City v Bristol City
Swansea City look to extend their winning run to three games and maintain their unbeaten record on home turf when they host Bristol City this afternoon (3pm).
Luke Williams' side face the Robins off the back of wins over Norwich City and Coventry City, which had left them seventh in the early-season table prior to this weekend's round of fixtures.
The Swans have taken seven points from a possible nine on home turf, while the visitors have taken one point from nine on their travels, although they did claim the spoils in SA1 last term.
TEAM NEWS
The Swans are set to have the same squad available to choose from as for the wins over the Canaries and the Sky Blues.
Andy Fisher, Josh Ginnelly and Kristian Pedersen will miss out as they recover from injury.
But Luke Williams otherwise has a fully-fit group to choose from.
PRE-MATCH VIEWS
Luke Williams:
Liam Manning: “Luke has done a good job. They’ve had a few transitional periods when you look at the last 18 months and he seems to have steadied it and brought a bit of stability to it, which I think is important.
“They’re another difficult opposition. He’s got a very clear identity which I've got a huge amount of respect for. For us, it’s about understanding that but then trying to find a way to impose our game.
"I've said to the lads that the bare minimum, that is really important for everybody, is that when we step on the pitch we run as hard as we can and we fight as hard as we can.
"We’ll have good days and we’ll have bad days; we’ll get things right and we’ll get things wrong but it should never ever be through a lack of energy.
"That is the most important message whether it is a derby game or a normal game."
MEET THE OFFICIALS
