Swansea City Under-18s begin their FA Youth Cup campaign this evening when they welcome Southampton to the Joma High Performance Centre (7pm).

Tickets for this fixture can be purchased HERE. Please note tickets must be bought in advance, and cannot be purchased on the gate.

The Swans progressed to the fourth-round last term after a 2-1 victory over Ipswich Town at Portman Road, but were knocked out by Premier League 2 outfit Fulham at the next stage.

Southampton, meanwhile, reached the semi-finals two years ago - the first time in 17 years they had done so - before a third-round exit last term. Both those defeats came at the hands of West Ham United.

Coach Jarred Harvey: "It's the one fixture in the calendar that the under-18s look for. It's a huge competition.

"Southampton are in the Category One programme, and they're doing very well in their league. It will be a really good test for our boys.

"It's a chance to test ourselves against opposition of a higher calibre, and to see how we can push that."
