“We have high aspirations in the cup, we are aiming to progress as far as we can in the cup and that all starts on Sunday.
“There shouldn’t be much of a change in mentality from the league to the cup, we want to win every game and do as well as we can.”

Swansea City Ladies will be without last season’s top goal scorer Stacey John-Davies after she suffered a shoulder injury in her side’s 2-0 defeat to Cardiff City Women.
John-Davies missed out on the 4-0 win over Pontypridd but is aiming for a shorter recovery time than was originally expected.
