Swansea City head to the bet365 Stadium to face Stoke City on Saturday afternoon (3pm).

The visitors are looking to quickly bounce back from the home defeat to Sheffield Wednesday in midweek by collecting consecutive away wins following victory at Bristol City last Sunday.

The Potters, who sit two places and five points below the Swans, have won four leagues games on home turf so far this term.

Head coach Luke Williams made changes in midweek as he looked to manage player workloads, and the likes of Liam Cullen and Goncalo Franco will be hoping to earn recalls in the Potteries.

Joe Allen and Kristian Pedersen are the only absentees for the Swans, with Harry Darling having returned from suspension against the Owls.

Luke Williams: "We are going to need everybody to be ready, because we are going to have to use every player.

"Everyone has to be ready to come in and help the team get across the line in games. We have tired bodies, but it's the nature of the Championship and the players will be fine.

"We need to go to Stoke and put in a really solid performance and try and get a positive result."

Mark Robins: "It's the beauty of football that you get another chance very quickly.

“One day you might have had a poor day and everyone is disappointed... and I'm disappointed for the supporters.

"They pay hard earned money and the first thing you want to do is fight and make sure you give a good account for yourself, your town, your city, and - while this isn't a criticism of the young players I've got - we have to stand up and be counted in that element. It should be a prerequisite.

“We were trying to be brave (against Bristol City), trying to be brave on the ball and take the ball and play and pass, but we did not knit it all together, and it puts a bit of pressure on in certain areas and you have to stand up to be counted."

Remember the last time?

Harry Darling's 89th-minute header ensured Swansea City claimed a share of the spoils against Stoke City on their last visit to the bet365 Stadium in December 2023.

There was little to choose between the teams in a game of few clear-cut chances, with Jamie Paterson having Swansea’s best effort fortuitously kept out.

But the visitors hopes of backing up victory at Rotherham with another result on their travels looked to have been ended when Daniel Johnson converted from the spot, after Ryan Mmaee had been brought down in the area with just over 20 minutes to go.

However, the visitors finished the game strongly, and picked up a hard-earned point when Darling arrived at the far post to head home a Matt Grimes corner.

2 - The bet365 - former Britannia - Stadium has not been a happy hunting ground for the Swans historically. They have just two away wins (in 2001 and - above - 2021) from 14 visits since the ground opened in 1997.

5 - Swansea have five wins away from home this season. That is one more than the number Stoke have won at the bet 365 Stadium.

50 - Ronald made his 50th Championship appearance for the Swans against Sheffield Wednesday in midweek.
