Coach Jarred Harvey: "We've had a great start to the season, and the boys have done incredibly well, especially as we now have another long trip ahead of us.

"I mentioned last week that we need to be more ruthless in the final third, which is something we've been working on. We'll have some boys who also travelled with the under-21s mid-week playing, so it'll be a busy few days for them.

"We look forward to the game, I'm sure the boys will perform to a great standard like they have so far this season."

Sheffield Wednesday 1 Swansea City 2

Swansea City Under-18s sealed their first victory of the season as goals from Iwan Morgan and Geoff Bony helped them to pick up three points at Sheffield Wednesday in the Professional Development League.

After a goalless first half, in-form striker Morgan added to his tally for the season by putting the visitors in front, only for the Owls to respond through Joey Phuthi just minutes later.

But Swansea would strike the decisive blow through Bony as he finished well after showing strength to hold off a defender.
