Coach Jarred Harvey: "It's the start of a busy week for us, and a we've got a long trip to kick that off.

"The boys will be in good spirits after the Sheffield game and, although the semi-final is not far away, we must focus on the Ipswich game first and foremost.

"Ipswich at home in January was my first game with the squad, and they have quite a physical team. We've got some boys back from injury now, so it ill be great to see them get some minutes on the weekend."

First-half goals from Thomas Woodward and Rohan Davies sent Swansea City Under-18s through to the fourth round of the FA Youth Cup with victory over Ipswich Town when the sides last met in East Anglia.

The opening half was an entertaining affair with chances for both sides, but the Swans were the ones to break the deadlock after Woodward finished calmly from Aimar Govea's delivery.

The visitors would double their lead minutes later with Davies chesting home after Govea had struck the woodwork.

The Tractor Boys pulled a goal back on the brink of half-time as Steven Turner converted a penalty, but there were no further goals in the second half as the Swans reached the fourth round for the first time since the 2020-2021 campaign.
