Third tier outfit Carmarthen caused a stunning upset in the opening round, a 5-1 win over second tier side Swansea University Women sending them comfortably through.
This continues a fantastic start to the season for Carmarthen, having won all seven of their games this season, netting 35 goals in all competitions.

Pre-match views
First-team manager Jamie Sherwood: “We are looking forward to the game, it will be a challenge, there are some faces in that team that we will recognise, so it will nice to reunite.
“We’ve prepared well off the back of last weekend, coming off the back of last weekend there has been a good bounce and good momentum heading into the game.
“We know they will be structured and organised, it will be an entertaining game, both teams will look to win it in different ways and that will make an exciting game.
“The momentum has been built over the last couple of weeks, we’ve scored 19 goals in our last three games, I said last weekend that it should have been more and the one thing I’m looking for this weekend is that little bit more ruthlessness in the box.
