Pre-match views
First-team manager Jamie Sherwood: “We know exactly what we think we will be up against, a team that will sit behind the ball and have players in the defence third and look to counter on us.
“We will look to counter that, we’ve experienced that a number of times this season and we’ve beaten it. The frustration last time was that we didn’t take our chances, but we’ve become more clinical, we’ve scored more goals, broken teams down.
“Barry was our second game of the season and it was at the stadium so it became more of an occasion, but this weekend we are back to business
“Our personality and identity is well illustrated on the pitch and we are looking forward to it, they have quality and it would be interesting to see what they would do if they were to come out against us.”
Previous meeting
The two sides last met earlier this season as the Swans were held to a goalless draw at the Swansea.com Stadium.
The Swans dominated territory and possession for much for much of the afternoon, but could not break down a dogged and well-organised Barry defence.
Robyn Pinder and Katy Hosford forced good saves from Barry keeper Molly Arnesen, while Stacey John-Davis and Maddy Murray also went close.
Jamie Sherwood’s side also had two goals ruled out for offside in their home opener in the Genero Adran Premier.
